We have ramps and elevators to ensure all guests can easily maneuver in and around the building.
How far are we located from the Falls?
The One Niagara Welcome Center is located right next to Niagara Falls State Park and less then a 2 Minute Walk to the Falls!
Are we located on the American or Canadian Side of the Falls?
We are located on the American side of the falls right next to the border & State park.

Parking is Available 24/7. Prices Change.
Is there public restrooms?
Yes, There is Public Restrooms on the first 3 Floors of our building.

Yes, all parking handicap parking spots are available right in front of the building.
